Description of Service Weeve is a creative writing app for children and families. Our service includes: • Kid-written story creation with AI coaching • Image generation and customization • AI tutoring features • PDF sharing capabilities • Story archives and weekly progress tools 3. Subscription Terms Premium Plan is offered as an auto-renewable subscription. • Auto-renewable subscription: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account (or applicable store / payment provider) at confirmation of purchase. • Renewal: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. • Management: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your account settings on the App Store (or the web billing portal when using web billing). • Refunds: No refunds for unused portions of subscription periods, except where required by law. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. 4. User Responsibilities You agree to: • Use the app only for lawful purposes • Not create inappropriate or harmful content • Respect other users and their content • Maintain the security of your account • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations 5. Content and Intellectual Property You retain ownership of the content you create. By using our service, you grant us a license to: • Store and process your content to provide our services • Generate AI-powered content based on your input • Improve our AI models (in anonymized form) 6.
